Buckwheat Bread
I’ve been trying to find the perfect buckwheat bread. I’ve been experimenting with different recipes for a few months now, and this is the best one. This is great if you are looking for a gluten-free snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
Suggested Toppings
- butter
- fruit preserves
Servings: 2
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix
- Add the wet ingredients and mix
- Spread the dough onto a pan greased with olive oil in the shape of a bread loaf
- Bake for 27 minutes
- Let sit for a few minutes to settle. Add toppings, and enjoy
