Chia pudding
For when you want a dessert that is dairy free, egg free, gluten free, AND vegan all at the same time.
Ingredients
- 1 can of coconut milk (can also use coconut cream if you want it to be thicker)
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder (add more for more chocolatey flavor or less for less intense chocolate flavor)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup ( add more if you like it sweet)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredient except the chia seeds in a bowl.
- Add chia seeds while stirring and stir until well combined.
- Cover and place in the refridgerator to set for at least 6 hours.
- Enjoy!
Alternate Flavor w/o Chocolate Ingredients
