For when you want a dessert that is dairy free, egg free, gluten free, AND vegan all at the same time.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of coconut milk (can also use coconut cream if you want it to be thicker)
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder (add more for more chocolatey flavor or less for less intense chocolate flavor)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup ( add more if you like it sweet)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredient except the chia seeds in a bowl.
  2. Add chia seeds while stirring and stir until well combined.
  3. Cover and place in the refridgerator to set for at least 6 hours.
  4. Enjoy!

Alternate Flavor w/o Chocolate Ingredients
